Blossom Hydel Park is located around 3km away from Munnar town. This attractive piece of land has fresh flowers, Muthrapuzha River, lush green landscape, mountain butterflies and embracing migratory water birds that attract the tourist from different places. This park is located near Muthrapuzha River and the beautiful misty Kannan Devan Estate and the park is also the part of Sylvan Hill Resort in Munnar. It has vast stretch of landscaped mountains, gardens, artificial waterfalls and lawns. Eravikulam becomes the hot destination when hills slopes get covered in a carpet of blue, resulting from the flowering of Neelakurinji. It is a flower endemic to this part of Western Ghats which blooms once in twelve years. The cultural values of the park are significant to the local and indigenous people, especially the Muthuvans. The presence of medicinal plants like Drosera Peltata and wild verities of cultivated plants like piper shimditti and Elateria cardamom adds to the conservation significance. Eravikulam National Park was managed as a game reserve by the Kannan devans hill Produce Company till 1971.

TOP HILL STATION

The hilly heaven-on-the earth in Munnar, it revels the beauty of nature. Top hill is a fascinating attraction for tourists in the majestic hill station of Munnar. One of the stunning destinations of Kerala, top station is located around 32 km from Munnar. With a height of about 1700 meters above the sea level it is the highest point on the Munnar and Kodaikananl road. The drink, on this path decorated with full of beautiful rare flora, is one of the most beautiful attraction in the entire country. This is the border of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The top hill station is almost located near the uppermost railway station in Kundala valley.At this height point it may feel like you can touch the clouds. The destination is also called as the famous Neelakurinji spot.

MEESAPULIMALA

Meesapulimala is one of the tallest peaks near Munnar in South India. It is located about 15 kilometers from Munnar town . The name Meesappulimala derives from the fact that it is formed by eight peaks which spread like a Moustache. It is located in between the Anaimalai hills and Palani hills near Suryanelli and at about 8000ft above sea level. Meesapulimala has fascinating unique features offering tourists an 8 kilometers long trek from the Rhodvalley. The breathtaking views of the grassland, rainforest, and wildlife present at the high attitude are a treat for trekkers. A point to be noted is that the beautiful Neelakuriji blossoms once in every 12 years. The beautiful Meeshapulimala has fascinated a lot of trekkers. The trek starts from the base of the first hill and it ends in the final eight hills where the cloud kisses the mountain.
